There are guides online on how to change the hex values of an NTSC Shenmue saves so PAL Shenmue 2 copies can import it, but all I could find are either specific to Shenmue 2 or are really old and require my Dreamcast to be able to connect to the internet which it can't I've used Dreamshell to move my saves onto my computer.

This little emulator makes for a great weekend project. Now, you just need to go and make it. Bad at DIY? It's not that simple though. You have to have the Dreamcast running and the Nexus memory card in your controller while the card is connected to your PC at the sime time. Then you need the software named " DC Linker " to transfer the files. You can also do a bunch of other things with this software like saving the icons of the savegames as a bmp image file.
